Experience luxury dining
like never before.
Globe-trotting chef Pierre Pelech has brought his culinary passion to the desert, by way of Polynesia and the Caribbean.
Pierre’s remarkable journey began in his native France, where he discovered his deep love for creative cooking and innovation in the kitchen. On the French Riviera, he honed his craft in legendary establishments such as La Réserve in Beaulieu, Le Métropole in Monte Carlo, and Eden Roc at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes—cooking for the world’s elite and celebrities.
His talent caught the eye of Huntington Hartford, who offered Pierre an irresistible opportunity: to become his private chef on Paradise Island in Nassau.
Pierre later co-owned and served as chef of the beloved Los Feliz Inn in Los Angeles for two decades, before he and his wife, Esther, moved to Saint Martin to manage the Alizéa Hotel and its award-winning restaurant.
However, after facing the wrath of two devastating hurricanes, José and Lenny, Pierre relocated to the Coachella Valley, where he brought his skills to the prestigious Bighorn Golf Club.
Since 2002, Chez Pierre has been welcoming friends and guests with warmth, passion, and an epicurean touch that reflects a lifetime of culinary adventures.
